Transport & Travel Assistance supports Participants to safely access essential services, community activities, and appointments when disability-related barriers prevent independent travel.
This service focuses on enabling reliable access to the community, maintaining social and health-related engagement, and supporting participation in daily life activities outside the home.
Support is tailored to the Participant’s individual travel needs, mobility capacity, and level of independence, and may include both practical transport assistance and travel-related skill development where appropriate.
