Therapy Implementation Support
Therapy Implementation Support helps Participants apply and practise everyday strategies recommended by their allied health professionals within familiar home and community environments.
This service is delivered through a non-clinical, routine-based support model, where support workers assist Participants to build consistency, confidence, and functional independence through guided daily practice.
This service focuses on embedding therapy-informed routines, skill practice, and everyday habit-building into natural daily activities, helping Participants strengthen skills outside formal therapy sessions.
Supports are delivered in alignment with the Participant’s existing therapy recommendations, functional goals, and daily routines, while remaining focused on practical, non-clinical implementation support.
