Staffing & Roster Management

Staffing & Roster Management supports Participants living in shared or supported environments by helping ensure consistent, well-organised, and predictable access to familiar support workers.

This service is delivered through a rostering and coordination support model, assisting with scheduling, workforce planning logistics, and communication between Participants, families, and support workers.

This service focuses on helping maintain routine stability, continuity of support, and clear communication of shift arrangements, while respecting the Participant’s choice and control over their preferred support team.

All rostering arrangements are developed in collaboration with the Participant and their support network, aligned with their daily routines, household structure, and NDIS funding arrangements.
