Shared Living Support Coordination helps Participants in shared or supported living environments align their daily routines, household responsibilities, and living preferences to support a more organised and harmonious home life.

This service is delivered through a lifestyle and household coordination model, focusing on practical day-to-day organisation within the home.

This service supports communication and routine alignment between housemates and support workers, without providing Specialist Support Coordination, tenancy management, or property management services.

The focus is on helping create a structured, respectful, and predictable shared living environment that supports each Participant’s individual routines and lifestyle choices.

Household Routine Synchronisation
  • Supporting alignment of daily routines to reduce friction in shared household spaces

  • Assisting with planning of shared meals, grocery lists, and cooking routines

  • Supporting creation of simple, visual household chore and task schedules

  • Assisting coordination of shared activities such as movie nights or group outings

  • Helping establish predictable household rhythms for mornings, evenings, and weekends

Shared Resources & Household Organisation
  • Supporting practical organisation of shared kitchen, pantry, and living spaces

  • Assisting residents to maintain clear and fair use of communal storage areas

  • Supporting household agreements around shared use of equipment and common areas

  • Assisting with scheduling of routine maintenance requests in collaboration with relevant contacts

  • Supporting practical organisation of household supplies to maintain daily functionality

Co-Resident Communication & House Agreements
  • Facilitating informal house discussions to support clear and respectful communication

  • Supporting development of simple house agreements around routines, visitors, and shared spaces

  • Encouraging respectful communication and boundary-setting between housemates

  • Assisting residents to navigate everyday misunderstandings in a calm and practical way

  • Supporting participants to express personal preferences and comfort needs within the home

Household Communication & Support Network Alignment
  • Supporting communication between housemates, families, and support workers where appropriate

  • Assisting with sharing of non-clinical routine updates to support continuity of daily living

  • Helping coordinate practical information sharing between daily support staff

  • Supporting informal check-ins between household stakeholders when required

  • Assisting with smooth transitions when new support workers enter the household environment
