Routine Building & Goal-Based Coaching empowers Participants to establish structured daily habits, build personal accountability, and work systematically toward their individual NDIS plan objectives.

This service focuses on developing the capacity to manage daily routines, goal tracking, habit formation, and self-regulation, with an emphasis on consistency, independence, and long-term lifestyle stability.

Support is tailored to each Participant’s cognitive style, energy levels, preferences, and goals, with the aim of building sustainable self-management skills over time.

Habit Formation & Routine Structure
  • Designing structured morning, afternoon, and evening routines

  • Creating personalised visual schedules, calendars, and checklist systems

  • Using habit-stacking techniques (linking new habits to existing routines)

  • Managing transitions between tasks and daily environments

  • Establishing consistent sleep and wellbeing routines for stability

Goal Mapping & Milestone Tracking
  • Breaking down NDIS goals into achievable weekly and monthly milestones

  • Creating visual or digital progress tracking systems

  • Supporting self-reflection on progress and barriers to success
