Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (PRC)

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is a specialised, capacity-building support designed for Participants with a primary psychosocial disability. This service focuses on fostering hope, building resilience, and empowering individuals to take control of their lives while navigating the complexities of mental health recovery.

Our certified Recovery Coaches work collaboratively with Participants to design, implement, and maintain personalised recovery plans. By focusing on strengths, values, and long-term autonomy, we assist individuals to overcome daily barriers and build a life that aligns with their personal aspirations.

This support is deeply collaborative, bridging the gap between a Participant’s day-to-day life, their informal support networks, and clinical mental health systems to ensure a holistic, continuous approach to wellbeing.
