Mental health support work (non-clinical)

Non-Clinical Mental Health Support Work provides practical, day-to-day core assistance tailored to individuals experiencing psychosocial disability and mental health-related challenges. Unlike clinical interventions, this service focuses on real-world implementation, supporting Participants to manage the functional impacts of mental health on everyday life.

Our support workers provide a consistent, relationship-based and trauma-informed presence, assisting Participants to navigate daily routines, maintain safe and structured living environments, and overcome anxiety-related and psychosocial barriers to community participation.

This support is flexible and responsive, meeting Participants where they are at each day, and adjusting pacing and intensity in line with their emotional capacity, energy levels, and functional needs.
