Functional Observation & Reporting

Functional Observation & Reporting helps bridge the gap between a Participant’s everyday life and their broader support network by capturing practical, real-world observations within daily environments.

This service is delivered through a non-clinical observation and reporting model, focusing on routine tracking, daily participation, and practical documentation rather than formal clinical assessment or diagnosis.

This service focuses on observing daily routines, functional participation, sensory responses, and practical skill development to help families and allied health professionals better understand how the Participant manages within everyday settings.

The resulting reports provide structured, objective information that may assist Allied Health professionals, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and families during reviews, service planning, and goal discussions.
